Term Loan IV Commitment. As to each Term Loan IV Lender, its obligation to make Term Loan IV Loans to the Parent Borrower pursuant to §2.1(c), in an amount up to, but not exceeding, the amount set forth for such Lender on Schedule 1.1 attached hereto as such Lender’s “Term Loan IV Commitment Amount” or as set forth in the applicable Assignment and Assumption Agreement.
