Common use of Term Loan Maturity Clause in Contracts

Term Loan Maturity. The Loan Agreement is hereby amended such that each reference to “October 31, 2016” contained in Section 2(b)(ii), is deleted and replaced with “January 31, 2017”.

Term Loan Maturity. The Loan Agreement is hereby amended such that each reference to “October 31June 30, 2016” contained in Section 2(b)(ii), is deleted and replaced with “January 31September 30, 20172016”.

Term Loan Maturity. The Loan Agreement is hereby amended such that each reference to “October 31May 5, 20162019” contained in Section 2(b)(ii), is deleted and replaced with “January 31June 30, 20172016”.

Term Loan Maturity. The Loan Agreement is hereby amended such that each reference to “October January 31, 20162017” contained in Section 2(b)(ii), is deleted and replaced with “January July 31, 2017”.
