Common use of Term Loan Notes Clause in Contracts

Term Loan Notes. If so requested by any Lender by written notice to Borrower (with a copy to Administrative Agent) at least two (2) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, or at any time thereafter, Borrower shall execute and deliver to such Lender (and/or, if applicable and if so specified in such notice, to any Person who is an assignee of such Lender pursuant to Section 10.6) on the Closing Date (or, if such notice is delivered after the Closing Date, promptly after Borrower’s receipt of such notice) a Term Loan Note or Term Loan Notes to evidence such Lender’s Term Loans to such Borrower.

Term Loan Notes. If so requested by any Lender by written notice to Borrower the Company (with a copy to the Administrative Agent) at least two (2) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, or at any time thereafter, Borrower the Company shall execute and deliver to such Lender (and/or, if applicable and if so specified in such notice, to any Person who is an assignee of such Lender pursuant to Section 10.6) 13.06 on the Closing Date (or, if such notice is delivered after the Closing Date, promptly after Borrower’s the Company's receipt of such notice) )), a Term Loan Note or Term Loan Notes to evidence such Lender’s 's Initial Term Loans to such BorrowerLoan.

Term Loan Notes. If so requested by any Lender by written notice to the Borrower (with a copy to the Administrative Agent) at least two (2) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, or at any time thereafter, the Borrower shall will execute and deliver to such Lender (and/or, if applicable and if so specified in such notice, to any Person who is an assignee of such Lender pursuant to Section 10.6) on the Closing Date (or, if such notice is delivered after the date that is three (3) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, promptly after the Borrower’s receipt of such notice) a Term Loan Note or Term Loan Notes to evidence such Lender’s Term Loans to such BorrowerLoan.

If so requested by any Lender by written notice to Borrower Company (with a copy to Administrative Agent) at least two (2) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, or at any time thereafter, Borrower Company shall execute and deliver to such Lender (and/or, if applicable and if so specified in such notice, to any Person who is an assignee of such Lender pursuant to Section SECTION 10.6) on the Closing Date (or, if such notice is delivered after the Closing Date, promptly after Borrower’s Company's receipt of such notice) a Term Loan Note or Term Loan Notes to evidence such Lender’s 's Term Loans to such BorrowerLoan.

Term Loan Notes. If so requested by any Lender by written notice to Borrower Borrowers (with a copy to Administrative Agent) at least two (2) Business Days prior to the Closing DateFunding Date of any Term Loan, or at any time thereafter, Borrower with respect to such Term Loan shall execute and deliver to such Lender (and/or, if applicable and if so specified in such notice, to any Person who is an assignee of such Lender pursuant to Section 10.6) 14.1 on the Closing such Funding Date (or, if such notice is delivered after the Closing such Funding Date, promptly after Borrower’s Borrowers’ receipt of such notice) a Term Loan Note or Term Loan Notes to evidence such Lender’s Term Loans to such BorrowerLoan.
