Common use of Term, Maturity and Payment Clause in Contracts

Term, Maturity and Payment. The term of this Note shall commence on the Issue Date and end on the Maturity Date. On the Maturity Date, all amounts outstanding under this Note including principal and interest shall be paid. The Maturity Date may be extended to a later date by written agreement of the Borrower and the Lender and, if so extended, the term “Maturity Date” when used in this Note shall mean such later date.
