Common use of Term; Notice of Lease Dates Clause in Contracts

Term; Notice of Lease Dates. The Term of this Lease shall be for the period designated in Subparagraph 1.11 commencing on the Commencement Date (as determined pursuant to Exhibit "D"), and ending on the expiration of such period, unless the Term is sooner terminated as provided in this Lease. Within fifteen (15) days after Landlord's written request, Tenant shall execute a written confirmation of the Commencement Date and expiration date of the Term in the form of the Notice of Lease Term Dates attached hereto as Exhibit "E". The Notice of Lease Term Dates shall be binding upon Tenant unless Tenant objects thereto in writing within such fifteen (15) day period.

Within fifteen ten (1510) days after Landlord's written request, Tenant shall execute a written confirmation of the Commencement Date and expiration date basic terms of the Term this Lease in the form of the Notice of Lease Term Dates attached hereto as Exhibit "ED". The Notice of Lease Term Dates shall be binding upon Tenant unless Tenant objects thereto in writing within such fifteen ten (1510) day period.
