Term of Discovery Program. The Discovery Program Term shall commence on the Effective Date and shall end upon the date three (3) years after the Effective Date. Loxo may extend the Discovery Program Term for up to two (2) additional one (1) year renewal periods by providing written notice to Array at least three (3) months before the end of the initial Discovery Program Term or the renewal period, as applicable.
