Term of Exchange Rights. The rights of the parties with respect to Exchanges pursuant to this Section 8.4 (the “Exchange Rights”) shall remain in effect, subject to the terms of this Agreement, throughout the existence of the Company, subject to the last sentence of Section 8.1(c). Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, none of the provisions of Section 8.2(b) shall restrict or apply to any Exchange.
