Common use of Term of Funding Loan Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term of Funding Loan Agreement. This Funding Loan Agreement shall be in full force and effect until all payment obligations of the Governmental Lender hereunder have been paid in full and the Funding Loan has been retired or the payment thereof has been provided for; except that on and after payment in full of the Governmental Lender Note, this Funding Loan Agreement shall be terminated, without further action by the parties hereto.
