Term of Guaranty. This Guaranty shall continue in effect until all the Guaranteed Obligations are fully and finally paid, performed paid and discharged, except that, and notwithstanding any return of this Guaranty to Guarantor, this Guaranty shall continue in effect (i) with respect to any of the Guaranteed Obligations that survive the full and final payment of the indebtedness evidenced by the Credit Agreement and other Loan Documents, (ii) with respect to all obligations and liabilities of Guarantor under SECTION 10 and (iii) as provided in SECTION 3(B).
