Common use of Term of Indemnity and Filing of Actions Clause in Contracts

Term of Indemnity and Filing of Actions. The indemnities contained in this Article shall survive for a period of three (3) years after the termination of this Agreement for any reason, and any claim for indemnity under this Article must be made by written notice to the indemnifying Party within one (1) year after the discovery thereof.
