TERM OF LICENSE GRANT AND PAYMENT OF ROYALTIES. Unless terminated earlier as provided below, the License in a country shall commence on the date that Pfizer exercises its option pursuant to Section 2.1 and shall terminate on the date of the last to expire of the Patent Rights in such country.
