Term of Obligation. The Recipient’s obligations with respect to the Confidential Information shall survive for two (2) years following the expiration or termination of this Agreement, provided that the Recipient’s obligations with respect to any trade secrets shall last until such time as the Confidential Information is no longer a trade secret.
