Term of Office and Succession. Each Trustee shall be appointed to serve an initial term of three (3) years. Notwithstanding, OSBCU\CUPE and CTA/CAE and the Crown may each determine to appoint one or more of their initial Trustees for a term of fewer than three (3) years. A succession plan will be designed by the Trustees so that the terms of no more than three Trustees expire in any twelve month period.
