Common use of Term of Office/Election Clause in Contracts

Term of Office/Election. The Member shall elect the officers of the LLC. Vacancies may be filled or new offices created and filled at any meeting of the Member. All officers shall hold office positions unless or until their death, removal from office, or resignation. Election or appointment of an officer or agent shall not, in and of itself, create a contract right.
