Term of Office; Removal; Vacancies. The Officers shall hold office until their respective successors are chosen and qualify in their stead. Any officer elected or appointed by the Board may be removed at any time by the affirmative vote of a majority of the Board. If the office of any officer or officers becomes vacant for any reason, the vacancy shall be filled by the Board.
