Common use of Term of Office; Resignation Clause in Contracts

Term of Office; Resignation. Each Manager shall hold office until its resignation, removal from office pursuant to Section 2.6, irrevocable dissolution, or death, whichever shall first occur. A Manager may resign at any time upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the Member. For the foregoing purposes, an administrative dissolution shall not constitute an irrevocable dissolution.
