Common use of Term of Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

Term of Subscriptions. The term of each subscription is set forth in the applicable Order Form. Except as otherwise specified in an Order Form, subscriptions will automatically renew for additional periods equal to one year, unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the relevant subscription term. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any promotional or one-time priced subscription will not be subject to auto-renewal. The per-unit pricing during any automatic renewal term may be increased by up to 3% from the prior term.
