Common use of Term of Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

Term of Subscriptions. Customer’s access to the purchased Services shall commence on the start date specified in the relevant Order Form or Webpage Checkout and continue for the Subscription Term specified therein. If Customer purchases access to the Services through CB Insights' website, Customer’s Subscription Term will automatically renew upon the last day of the then-current Term unless Customer opts out of such renewal at least ninety (90) days prior to such date.
