Common use of Term of Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term of Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement. This Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement and all guarantees, covenants and agreements of the Subsidiary Guarantors contained herein shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be discharged until such time as all of the Guaranteed Obligations and all other obligations hereunder shall be indefeasibly paid in full in cash and shall be subject to reinstatement pursuant to Section 6; provided that a Subsidiary Guarantor may be discharged from all of its obligations and liabilities hereunder in accordance with Section 9.7(b) of the Note Agreement.
