TERM OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT. 5.1 This License Agreement will be effective upon execution by the Parties and the University's receipt of the License Issue Fee specified in Appendix B. 5.2 This License Agreement is in full force and effect from the effective date and remains in effect until the expiration of the University's Intellectual Property Rights, unless sooner terminated by operation of law or by acts of either of the Parties in accordance with the terms of this License Agreement.
