Common use of Term of the Warrants Clause in Contracts

Term of the Warrants. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Holder shall have the right, which may be exercised from time to time, from and through the dates set forth in the Warrants, to purchase from the Company the number of fully paid and nonassessable Warrant Shares which the Holder may at the time be entitled to purchase on exercise of such Warrant. If the last day for the exercise of the Warrants shall not be a Business Day, then the Warrant may be exercised on the next succeeding Business Day.
