Common use of Term Purchase Option Clause in Contracts

Term Purchase Option. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the other Operative Documents (including those set forth below in this Paragraph 2.01), Lessee may, at its option on any Business Day prior to the Scheduled Expiration Date of the Lease Agreement, terminate the Lease Agreement and purchase all of the Property (the "Term Purchase Option").

Term Purchase Option. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the other Operative Documents (including those set forth below in this Paragraph 2.01), Lessee may, at its option on any Business Day prior to the Scheduled Expiration Date of the Facility 2 Lease Agreement, terminate the Facility 2 Lease Agreement and purchase all of the Facility 2 Property (the "Term Purchase Option").

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the other Operative Documents (including those set forth below in this Paragraph 2.01), Lessee may, at its option on any Business Day prior to the Scheduled Expiration Date of the Facility 1 Lease Agreement, terminate the Facility 1 Lease Agreement and purchase all of the Facility 1 Property (the "Term Purchase Option").

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the other Operative Documents (including those set forth below in this Paragraph 2.01), Lessee may, at its option on any Business Day Scheduled Rent Payment Date prior to the Scheduled Expiration Date of the Lease Agreement, terminate the Lease Agreement and purchase all of the Property (the "Term Purchase Option").

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the other Operative Documents (including those set forth below in this Paragraph 2.01Section 2), Lessee may, at its option on any Business Day selected by Lessee prior to the Scheduled Expiration Date of the Lease AgreementDate, terminate the Lease Agreement and purchase all of the Property (the "Term Purchase Option").
