TERM, REMEDIES AND RELEASE OF THE PLEDGE. 7.1 Term of the Pledge The Pledge will remain in full force and effect until such date as the Secured Obligations shall be released in accordance with the provisions of the Intercreditor Agreement. At the request of the Pledgor made after that date, the Notes Foreign Collateral Agent will, at the cost of the Pledgor, promptly execute any documents necessary to release the Pledge.
