Term, Removal and Filling of Vacancy of Officers. The ------------------------------------------------ officers shall be elected by a majority of the authorized number of Managers. The officers of the LLC shall hold office until their successors are chosen and qualified. Any officer may be removed at any time by a majority of the authorized number of Managers.
