TERM, TERMINATION AND AMENDMENT. (a) This Agreement shall become effective on the date of its execution and shall remain in full force and effect for a period of two (2) years from the effective date (the “Initial Term”) and shall automatically continue in full force and effect after the Initial Term. (b) During the Initial Term, this Agreement may be terminated only (i) by provision of a notice of nonrenewal as set forth above, (ii) by mutual written agreement of the parties, or (iii) for “cause,” as defined below.
