Term, Termination, Deletion and Return of Customer Personal Data. 10.1. This DPA shall come into effect upon the Agreement`s Effective Date and shall upon its Effective Date be concluded for the term of the Agreement and shall be construed and interpreted together with the Agreement as one consistent document. In case of conflicts between this DPA and other arrangements between the Parties, in particular the Agreement, the provisions of this DPA shall prevail.
