Common use of Term With Automatic Renewal Provisions Clause in Contracts

Term With Automatic Renewal Provisions. The term of this Agreement and Executive’s employment hereunder shall be for a term of three (3) years commencing on the Effective Date, and shall automatically be extended for one (1) additional year on December 31, 2005 and each anniversary thereafter, unless either party to this Agreement provides written notice of non-renewal to the other party not less than thirty (30) days prior to such anniversary of the Effective Date.
