TERMINAL MANDATORY REDEMPTION. The Shipowner shall redeem, at the principal amount thereof and interest accrued thereon, all the Obligations that shall be Outstanding on the date determined in accordance with Section 1104(b)(3) of the Act and specified in the Special Provisions hereof so that the final maturity of such Obligations shall not exceed the period specified in said Section.
