Terminating DSL Transport Service. 33.2.1 SBC-ASI/13State will not initiate any CLEC End User-requested disconnection or rearrangement of Services unless directed by CLEC. CLEC will be responsible for sending the appropriate disconnect order to SBC-ASI/13State for any DSL Transport Service that it wishes to cancel.
