Terminating the Contract. 8.1 You may terminate this Contract at any time by giving us 28 days' written notice. 8.2 Either of us may terminate this Contract by giving written notice to the other (and the termination shall be effective immediately) if: 8.2.1 the other Party commits any material or persistent breach of the terms and conditions of this Contract and: (a) the breach cannot be remedied; or (b) where the breach can be remedied, it has not been remedied within 30 days of the Party in breach having been notified of the breach by the other and asked to take steps to remedy the breach; or
