Termination Absent a Change of Control and Absent Cause/Good Reason. If Employee's employment with all of the Consolidated Companies is terminated under any circumstances other than the circumstances described in Section 7.3 or Section 7.4 below, whether by the Consolidated Companies or Employee, Employee shall not be entitled to any compensation in addition to that set forth in Section 7.1.
