Termination after extended Force Majeure Event. If, by reason of a Force Majeure Event, Aurizon Network is wholly prevented or hindered from carrying out its obligations under this Agreement (other than an obligation to pay money) for a period of more than three consecutive Months, then: (a) the Parties must meet to endeavour to identify any alternative viable means to perform the suspended obligations; and (b) failing any alternative means being agreed within one Month after the end of the three Month period, the Access Holder may terminate this Agreement by 20 Business Days’ notice to Aurizon Network and clauses
