Termination after Final Payout Date. Each of the Secured Parties hereby authorizes the Administrative Agent, and the Administrative Agent hereby agrees, promptly after the Final Payout Date to execute and deliver to Borrower such UCC termination statements as may be necessary to terminate the Administrative Agent’s security interest in and Lien upon the Collateral, all at Borrower’s expense.
