Termination after Judicial or Administrative Proceedings. The SJVIA may terminate this agreement if: (1) the Contractor is found guilty in a criminal proceeding for a violation of the HIPAA Privacy or Security Laws or the HITECH Act; or (2) there is a finding or stipulation that the Contractor has violated a privacy or security standard or requirement of the HITECH Act, HIPAA, or other security or privacy laws in an administrative or civil proceeding in which the Contractor is a party.
