Termination and Conclusion of Supply. (a) With respect to each Last Resort Service Customer that terminates Last Resort Service during the applicable Delivery Term, Seller shall provide Requirements to the Buyer for such customer on the Customer Termination Date but shall not provide Requirements for such customer after the Customer Termination Date.
