TERMINATION AND EFFECT THEREOF. 16.1. This Settlement Agreement shall be terminable by any Party if any of the conditions of Section 3 are not fully satisfied unless the relevant conditions are waived in writing signed by authorized representatives of Plaintiff and DBNTC.
