FINALITY AND EFFECT OF AGREEMENT This Agreement supersedes and cancels all previous collective bargaining agreements between the Employer and the Association unless expressly stated to the contrary herein, constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties, and concludes collective bargaining for its term.
