Common use of Termination and Extension Clause in Contracts

Termination and Extension. This Agreement may not be terminated during its term by the Company for any reason other than a material breach by the Investors of the terms of this Agreement. Upon its expiration, this Agreement shall be automatically renewed for additional one-year periods unless Company shall provide Investors with written Notice of Intent not to renew this Agreement not less than three (3) months prior to the expiration of the initial term or any extension term thereof.
