Termination and Release of Collateral. (a) Upon the satisfaction in full of all Secured Obligations and the termination of any commitments of the Secured Parties under the Credit Terms, each Option and this Agreement, the Security Interests shall terminate and all rights to the Collateral shall revert to the Pledgor, subject to the conditions of the Master Agreement.
