Termination and Return of Payments. If the Executive breaches any of the Executive’s obligations under this Release, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies it may have for such breach, the Company shall have the right to terminate and/or enforce the return of its non-wage payments to the Executive or for the Executive’s benefit under this Release. The termination and/or return of such payments in the event of the Executive’s breach will not affect the Executive’s continuing obligations under this Release.
