Common use of Termination and Return of Payments Clause in Contracts

If you breach any of your obligations under this Agreement, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies it may have for such breach, the Company shall have the right to terminate and recover its payments to you or for your benefit under this Agreement. The termination or recovery of such payments in the event of your breach will not affect your continuing obligations under this Agreement.
