Common use of Termination and Return of Payments Clause in Contracts

Termination and Return of Payments. If you breach any of your material obligations under this Agreement or the Ongoing Obligations, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies it may have for such breach, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any agreement between you and the Company, the Company shall have the right to terminate and/or enforce the return of its non-wage payments to you or for your benefit under this Agreement and terminate any extended exercise period for your equity rights. Such remedies in the event of your breach will not affect your continuing obligations under this Agreement.
