Common use of Termination and Revocation Clause in Contracts

Termination and Revocation. 1.1 The Data Processing Agreement may only be terminated or revoked in accordance with the provisions concerning termination and revocation in the agreement(s) on provision of the Main Services. 1.2 Termination or revocation of this Data Processing Agreement may only take place in connection with – and with the right to – the simultaneous termination or revocation of the relevant parts of the agreement(s) on provision of the Main Services concerning processing of personal data in pursuance of the Data Processing Agreement. 1.3 Once the agreement(s) on provision of the Main Services expire, the Data Processing Agreement shall continue to apply until the personal data are deleted or returned, as described in subsection 11.2.2.
