Termination as a result of Disaffiliation. If a member of a Licensee Party Group ceases to be a member of the Licensee Party Group, then all sublicenses from the Licensee Party to such member granted pursuant to the Licensee Party's rights under Section 2 shall terminate, subject to the transition period described in Section 10(e).
