Common use of Termination at request of Intercreditor Agent Clause in Contracts

Termination at request of Intercreditor Agent. After a notice has been given by the Intercreditor Agent pursuant to sub-clause 19.2.2 of Clause 19.2 (Remedies following an Event of Default), a Hedging Counterparty shall, at the written request of the Intercreditor Agent, terminate the hedging facility or close out any hedging transaction under the Hedging Agreement to which it is party in accordance with the terms of such Hedging Agreement.
