Termination at Retirement Age. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Executive shall no longer be entitled to receive severance payments and benefits pursuant to this Agreement beginning on the first day of the first calendar month after the Executive reaches “full retirement age” for purposes of receiving full Social Security benefits.
