Termination Based on Failure of Acceptance. (09/17) If the System fails to pass the Final Acceptance Test(s), the City may terminate this Contract. Contractor shall refund all costs paid for the System or any combination of Products and Services in U.S. Dollars within fifteen (15) Calendar Days of the date of receipt of notice of termination.
