Each Party shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement without penalty if, in its reasonable discretion, the use by the other Party of its Marks tarnishes, blurs, or dilutes its Marks or misappropriates the associated goodwill and such problem is not cured within three (3) business days of receiving notice of the problem.
