Termination Because of a Disability. Except as may otherwise be required or prohibited by state or federal law, if because of illness or injury Employee becomes unable to work full time for Employer for more than sixty (60) days in any twelve month period (excluding vacation days and holidays), Employer may, in its sole discretion at any time after the accumulation of such time terminate Employee's employment upon written notice to Employee.
