Termination Before Change in Control. Unless § 3.6 applies, this Agreement automatically terminates upon Executive’s termination of employment before a Change in Control, and no benefits under this Agreement shall be due or payable to Executive as a result of such Executive’s termination from SunTrust or a SunTrust Affiliate.
